Architecture
Express on Node with Supabase/PostgreSQL and a vanilla frontend - no build step, three runtime dependencies. A three-tier model chain (two OpenRouter models, then OpenCode Zen) falls through on transport, HTTP and parse failures with per-attempt timeouts. Submissions collapse to a canonical key before lookup.

Highlights
- Recognises the same phrase however it is worded, so ten ways of saying "circle back" count as one
- Nothing reaches the public board until five different people have sent it — your message stays private
- Names, emails and handles are rejected before the message goes anywhere
